150+ Resume Action Verbs (With Examples by Category)
Why Action Verbs Matter

How to Use Them
One strong verb per bullet, never repeated in adjacent bullets. Pair every verb with a measurable outcome. And match the verb's seniority to the role — "spearheaded" for leadership roles, "executed" or "delivered" for individual-contributor roles.
